Glass edges processing
After the glass is cut, its edges are uneven, sharp and require subsequent processing. Glass edge processing is required both for decorative looks and for secure use.
The process has several stages:
Processing is undertaken with special equipment: sharp and uneven edges are removed, the edges become transparent, smooth to touch and attractive.
We process rectilinear glass edges and mirrors on automatic machine tools, process curvilinear edges and facets on hand band saws and use ribbed saws for radial edge treatment.
